Stephanie Manteufel Beasley has been practicing deep tissue bodywork since 1997. She has been dedicated to continuing education, explored a variety of methodologies, and has an ongoing commitment to the study of anatomy.
Learn MoreI developed a strong foundation in anatomy, as well as massage and palpation techniques while enrolled at the McKinnon Institute, now McKinnon Body Therapy Center, in Oakland, CA. In 2010, I completed a 2,000-hour program at the Institute of Structural Medicine in Twisp, WA, where I increased my understanding of biomechanics and expanded my knowledge of functional anatomy. I have since participated in numerous trainings that have helped add refinement to my work. In addition to my educational pursuits, I have experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including acupuncture, chiropractic, and physical therapy. As a result, I draw on a broad range of knowledge and experience that serves as a bedrock to my practice.
